The Healing Power of Qigong
Have you heard of Qigong? It's not yoga, not Tai Chi. It is a beautiful practice that is incredibly peaceful and gentle on the body and it helps to build and focus your "Qi" for powerful healing potential.
I loved it so much, that my office is now offering Qigong classes by my wonderful assistant Michael. And get this, when he was 40 years old, the surgeon looked at his x-rays and told him he had a spine of an 80 year old! Thanks to Qigong, however, he isn’t disabled and can even do kung fu! Fascinating.
The part of me that loves hard science started to look for the evidence of what makes this practice so powerful, so I invited Shoshanna Katzman, M.S., M.A., L. Ac, on my radio show to learn more.
Join us live to ask your questions and to learn:
What is Qigong? Can anyone do it?What does it feel like to do Qigong? Do you feel these reactions right away, or does it take a long time? How often should I practice? Is it better to practice outside or inside? Why does Qigong have such a positive effect on health and healing?
